3rd level Engineering support for several Mobile Device Management Systems and for Android, iOS and Microsoft operating systems
Engineering, Development, trouble shooting and Deployment of Mobile Solutions and Products for use within the Intel Enterprise.
Integration of solutions requiring a strong working knowledge of celular network concepts, VPN, enterprise firewal security as wel as MS Active Directory and Exchange architectures
Proactive Maintenance and Innovative Improvements which may include some software development and deployment.
Provides these services on both internal and externaly facing applications, and interacts with customers, IT partners, system architects, product managers, design engineers, service and support teams, and other system users who require input regarding their planned or existing system.
This position is for a systems engineer with our Mobile & smartphone KTBR Engineering team. The team comprises of a mix of engineers and technical project managers that is chartered to deliver secure enterprise services to smartphones and tablets for both corporate and BYO (Bring Your Own) uses. The environment is dynamic, fast paced and ofers the opportunity to work with leading edge technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education-
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mobility or equivalent and have at least three year's Mobile work experience
Strong Knowledge of Mobile Client Operating Systems, MDM
Strong Programming Knowledge - .NET, Java,
Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing and Open Cloud is a plus
Be able to develop secure, innovative solutions to complex problems in a fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment
Have excelent Engineering, trouble shooting and Problem solving skils
Have strong interpersonal skils with a proven record in working across a diverse organization
Have strong communication skils both writen and verbal
Have knowledge of Smart Phone industry trends, and have a keen interest in learning about this business area
Flexibility in atending meetings during US business hours and interface with global teams
